The hedges protecting the beach house since the 30’s have provided me with a place to play or hide as a child, and have weathered many hurricanes. Snarly trunks and branches, covered in lichen from the heavily salted air and fog stand tall facing the house, then gently slope down towards the lawn, their tiny tendrils extending secret offers to the ocean beyond.
I used my Polaroid SX70 with expired film to take this photo. The old film contributed to a poetic portrayal of faded memories and the endurance through time.
This nice large 12 x12 inch print will come with a comfortable border to be matted and framed by you. My second picture here shows the size of it compared to a regular A4 (8.5×11)print.
It will be printed on premium acid-free, archival paper, which has a matte finish. Thank you for looking.
