With its wide sleeves, scooped neckline and pleated collar, this navy cotton poplin dress is simple yet elegant. The short, shaped bodice of the dress sits across the bust line and both the front and the back skirt are shaped by inverted pleats. A wide double band is attached to the hemline of the dress to add extra weight and structure and thus creating a very flattering shape. The sleeves finish just above the wrist but can also be pushed up over the elbow to create a shorter sleeve. The dress has side pockets.
