One of a kind Van Dyke brown contact print of peacock feathers on hand torn bright white Rives BFK 300 gsm paper by Matt Shapoff. 10" × 7" (25.4 × 17.8cm).
Combining a 19th century silver based photographic printing process with modern design, Matt creates his solar generated Van Dyke brown prints, at his indoor/outdoor studio on Peconic Bay. Each print is a unique exposure from an original digital image. Van Dyke brown prints are created by exposing photosensitized paper in the sun.
