Defender Cyanotype No. 327
Handmade On Peconic Bay
About
One of a kind cyanotype print of a 19th century sailing ship, from a digital image by 3D artist RJ Kikuchiyo, on hand torn bright white Rives BFK 300 gsm paper by Matt Shapoff. 3" square (7.6cm).
Combining a 19th century iron based photographic process with modern design, Matt Shapoff creates his solar generated blueprints on acid-free fine art paper, at his indoor/outdoor studio on Peconic Bay. This print is a unique exposure from a digital negative. Cyanotype prints are created by exposing photosensitized paper in the sun.
Signed by both artists. Ready for mounting in the frame of your choice. Comes with a product information card about cyanotype prints.
