I have brass plated the recycled bike cog buckle, using cogs without cutouts, hand finished the brass, and voila! This looks especially lovely with the recycled bike tube belt as it picks up the color of the stitching. The buckle is 2.5" in diameter and fairly light weight.
I am producing these in small limited batches, and the picture shown here is to give you an idea of the buckle you will receive, although each one is slightly different.

The buckle fits a 1.5" belt.
