Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt. Items must be in the exact condition in which they arrived. Once received and deemed to be in re-saleable condition we will refund the amount of the order, less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

We hold every bag we make to very high standards and send out only our best products. Occasionally things gets by us (we are humans, not robots) so if there’s any other issue or concern, get in touch right away and we’ll see how we can help.

Every item is made upon order, we do not keep a stock on hand, so if you are interested in an exchange, the order will be handled just as any other, 1-2 weeks from the date of return receipt.
