All of our items are made to order, we ship within 10 days of cleared payment.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class. We always ship to the SUPERMARKET address you have provided unless you specify a different location.
We ship our items USPS First Class. We use PayPal services for shipping. When we ship your package, PAYPAL/USPS will send you an email for confirmation that your order is shipped. In this email you will also find your Delivery Confirmation number. This will verify delivery for both buyer and seller. Please note we are not responsible for item if USPS has verified delivery. This is something you will have to take up with your post office, if the address is the correct address and if your package is confirmed delivery. We have to make sure this is clear. Once an item is shipped and the address is correct, we are not responsible for lost items.
Again US orders should receive an email from PAYPAL/USPS that will confirm that your package has been sent. If you are concerned about your package please make sure to check your inbox and junk mail for a shipment statement from Paypal/USPS.
We ship via First Class International 6-15 business days, but that is not guaranteed. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs charges. Our international shipping cost is basic USPS shipping. This does not include any tracking or insurance. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS YOU WANT TO UPGRADE THE SHIPPING OPTION. International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
All SALE items are final. No returns or exchanges.
All REGULARLY PRICED item’s terms are as follows:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment (everything is shipped with delivery confirmation which gives us the exact date a package was delivered). We will not take returns after this time. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If a piece arrives back and it clearly has been used or is scented with perfume, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we’ll fix it.
We recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS to ensure safe delivery. You must get a delivery confirmation number (USPS) so that you or we can track your package.
Custom orders are final sales.
Exchanges are accepted within three days of item receipt (just as returns). Exchanges are held to the same standard as Returns, ie. pieces must arrive in completely unused and re-saleable condition. If an item is received and is not in re-saleable condition, the cost of the piece will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.
There are no restocking fees on exchanges, however the customer is responsible for the difference in cost (if any) and shipping both ways.
