We package all orders securely so that they will arrive safely on your doorstep. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Since we do our best to ensure your order is well-packed and properly shipped, should your order be lost in shipping or arrives damaged, we will not be able to refund or replace your items, though we can provide you with full shipping details so you can take up a compensation request with your local post office.

Because of the custom, handmade quality of our paper goods, items are not returnable.
