Payment
I accept payment via Paypal. If you don’t already have an account set up go to www.paypal.com, it’s really easy to set up, I promise!
Payment is expected at the time of purchase, please note orders are not shipped until payment is complete. Unpaid orders will be cancelled within 2 day if I don’t receive an e-mail from you to discuss a possible problem. That being said, problems do come up with payment once in awhile, so if you’re having a problem send me an e-mail and we’ll figure something out. Made to order items are not started until payment is complete.
Shipping
CANADIAN & US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All items are shipped via Canada Post. The cost of tracking packages however almost doubles the shipping cost, so I do not automatically include tracking. If you would really like tracking let me know and I can adjust the shipping price.

SHIPPING TIMES:
I do my best to estimate the shipping times, but sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country, therefore these are approximate shipping times, but pretty darn close:
Within Canada:
Official stance of the post office: 2 weeks or less
In my experience: 2 days for neighbouring provinces
up to 1 week for anything further
USA:
Official stance of the post office: 3 Weeks or less
In my experience: 1-2 weeks for east coast & central
2-3 weeks for west coast
International:
Official stance of the post office: 2-8 weeks
In my experience: UK packages are the fastest to arrive, usually arriving in less than 1 week, Australia is the longest, taking up to 8 weeks, but usually around 4. Delivery to many countries depends on the host countries postal system, and can vary greatly within the 2-8 week time frame.

Refunds and Exchanges
I offer refunds on all damaged merchandise (although I will do everything in my power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely, and would never send a less than perfect item) and all my packages are shipped insured. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. Unfortunately I cannot offer returns for any other reasons.

ORDER FILLING TIME:
Most orders are packaged and shipped within 2 days of the order, but just to be on the safe side ( incase a billion orders come in) we always ship every Thursday!
