Brave Space Design’s Terms of Sale

Shipping + Lead Times:
Our furniture is made-to-order and ships from our shop in Gainesville, FL. Most items have a 4-6 week lead time. Smaller items ship via Ground Service and larger furniture pieces ship White Glove Service and include blanket wrapping. Some of our products may ship flat and require assembly. We provide all hardware and detailed instructions. Please contact us if you have any assembly questions or inquiries about furniture care (“info@bravespacedesign.com” or ph:646.831.2470).

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please notify us with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

Damages + Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or incorrect. Inspect your product immediately after arrival for any damages. Furniture must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging in order for us to make a damage claim to the shipper. We will try to replace your product as soon as we can, however please be patient as we are a made-to-order shop.

International Shipping:
We will be glad to arrange international shipping. Please contact us with your shipping address and the desired items and we will get you a quote.
