U.S Shipping
Shipping in the U.S is sent priority mail….unless the item is very small and it says in the listing “Ships First Class”. My pieces are made to order so please read the listing to see how long before the item is shipped.

International Shipping
I ship First-Class International. If you would like, e-mail me to upgrade this to Priority Mail International which is more expensive but provides tracking. Customer is responsible for the extra shipping fee.

Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

There are no refunds on lost packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is the same as your paypal address. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address

RETURNS or EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade nature of Papaver Vert’s products, and being a one-woman show, there are no returns on purchases unless of course there is a problem with your item. I work very hard to make every design of the highest quality and want you to be happy with your felted piece, so always feel free to e-mail me with as many questions needed before purchasing.

Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item to resolve any issues.
