1. Product Care

All el dot products are for indoor use only.
To care for your furniture, dust regularly with a clean cloth.
Water and heat can be damaging to the finish and the wood. Take care to protect your furniture from water and direct sunlight.
Please use cooling pads or other cooling devices under laptops, as laptops generate a great deal of heat that may crack the wood surface. Failure to use a cooling pad will void the warranty.
Yearly oiling of the furniture with natural furniture oils (Wood Care Denmark, Tried & True) is recommended. Please do not use commercially available lemon oil or orange oil, as these may harm the finish.

2. Warranty

el dot products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If our product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Warranty does not include pick-up, delivery, shipping or installation.
Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted only for incorrect items.
Items must be returned unused and with all original packaging.
We will replace any items that arrive damaged.
Please notify us with a photo of the damage within two days of receipt of item.
