Jewellery By Mel Bandeira strives to satisfy every customer. All items are checked before shipping to ensure there is no damage and the item is as described. Should you require further product information please send me an email.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify me by email to contact@melbandeira.com before I have dispatched the goods to you.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. All items returned must be in their original packaging and be in undamaged condition. They must be sent back through a registered mail. Please note that you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs when returning an item.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
