Each piece is handmade to order in Christine’s Austin Texas studio. Because of the nature of handmade pieces, slight variations occur in size, shape, and texture however great attention is given to make each perfect in its own right.

Returns & Exchanges: If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges, or exchange it for credit against any other item. Please email me at christine@failjewelry.com to notify us of the return or exchange within 5 days of receipt of the piece. Pieces will not be accepted for return after 5 days but will be issued merchandise credit only. No exchanges will be accepted after 10 days after receipt.

Repairs: If you piece arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. If you accidentally damage your piece, or loose 1/2 of your earring, please email me at christine@failjewelry.com to discuss repair options.
