Shipping

Items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for completion prior to shipping. Due to considerably increased shipping fees in Austria we currently mail most of our packages from Hungary.
We ship items by registered priority airmail. Shipping times are roughly 2 weeks to the US, Canada and Australia, 1 week to European countries.
If you are overcharged for shipping when you purchase multiple items, we will refund the difference when we ship your products.
We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations.
Your order will always ship to the destination you specify in the Supermarket shopping cart.

Refunds and Exchanges

Lost or damaged items: We will replace lost or damaged items free of charge. Shipping internationally goes smoothly most of the time. Be aware that every so often items may be delayed by the shipping service or customs. We consider a package lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped.

Return policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied in any way with your order, please contact us within 5 days after you have received your purchase so we can work with you a satisfactory solution. Either we will exchange your product or refund your purchase (less shipping costs). You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and packaging as well as return shipping costs. The replacement will be issued after receiving returned item.
