PAYMENT
All payments are handled by PayPal. You can use your credit/debit card to purchase through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via Deutsche Post within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping to bigger cities in USA normally takes 4-7 days, to Australia and Canada 5-10 days. We do our best to let your parcel not stuck in customs and fullfill all requirements for a fast process, however it is never in our hands.
Buyers are responsible for possible custom fees.

RETURNS

All sales are final. But we will always try to satisfy our customer. Please contact us in case of any concern immediately after you received your order.
Returns must be back to us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will inspect the product before any refund is made.

We try our best to represent our colors accurately, however, please be aware that colors do vary from monitor to monitor. And as with all handmade items, please expect slight variation from item to item.
