Do you ship internationally? Due to size constraints, not all products can ship overseas. Please be in touch.
When will my card be charged? Your credit card [we accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express] will be charged at the time of your order. Most orders ship within 5-7 days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do? Please contact us at info@everydaystudio.com for missing items or errors. Any problems must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We are under no obligation to ship any discrepancies after this period.
How do I report damaged shipments? Please call us immediately at 415 421 1600 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Everyday Studio MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim.
What is your return policy? Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns which are not defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns need to be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item.

It is important to let us know that a return is on its way. Prior to returning a product, email info@everydaystudio.com. Our warehouse is a very large facility and it is easy for small packages to get misplaced. A return authorization number will be issued to ensure that all returns are handled properly. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return packaging or it will be refused and returned to the sender. No returns without authorization will be accepted. All returns are to be shipped prepaid. Please allow 15 business days to process merchandise returns.
