I accept PayPal or Money Orders. Please pay within three days of purchase. If you are experiencing any trouble regarding payment, please contact me and we can work something out. Failure to make payment or contact me about any problems with your payment, within 48 hours of clicking the ‘buy now’ button, will result in a canceled transaction.
MONEY ORDERS : I accept only United States Postal Service Money Orders. This means if you are located outside the U.S. you must use PayPal as your payment option. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this issue.
CHECKS : Any purchases paid for with a check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
All Washington state residents will be assessed Sales Tax for all purchases during checkout.
Please allow 3-5 days after your order is placed for it to be completed and ready for shipping. If you are in a hurry to receive your purchase, please email me and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. For items already in stock will be shipped within 2 business days of payment received.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS : International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US. However if you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs. I will only charge for the actual postage.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country’s Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges are processed on a case-by-case-basis. Everything I sell is handmade by me, and slight differences and imperfections are part of my production process If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must also be in its original condition. For item(s) arrived damages, I will refund your entire purchase price plus shipping back to me. If the problem is size, materials, anything clearly stated in the pictures and description or because you didn’t like it I will refund your purchase price. Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping.
