Returns/Exchanges:
If you aren’t divinely happy with your purchase just let me know within one week of receipt. Refunds will be issued once I receive the item in the condition I sent it out in. Shipping will not be refunded.

Repairs:
Should your new piece of jewelry break please contact me regarding repairs. I make my pieces to be sturdy, but please don’t expect them to withstand a bar brawl. Depending on the type of repair they may be a charge. Send me a photo and drop me a line to make arrangements. Please note, it is best to send both earrings back when one needs to be repaired. We want it all to match up in the end. They are handmade and not machine made after all.

Shipping:
I ship my jewelry via USPS with insurance (domestic sales), so the price is high but it will be safe. I am flexible, if you want another arrangement please let me know ahead of time and I will change the listing and reserve it for you. International sales ship USPS. Know that if I calculated the postage incorrectly I will credit you the difference.
Your item/items will ship within three business days of receiving your payment. Please note that items marked made to order will ship in 1-2 weeks. If you want a faster shipping method or have other specific requests please contact me ahead of time and we will work to meet your needs. My work is shiped in mailers made of recycled and can be recycled. My jewelry boxes are also made of recycled material. Any additional charges incurred by special requests for shipping will be paid for by the buyer.
