Branch Handmade’s Terms of Sale

We prefer payment through PayPal for fast payment and shipping. Please be aware that you do not need a PayPal account to pay through Paypal, you just need to pay via credit card.
If you pay via e-check please be aware that according to paypal it takes approx 3-5 days for payment to clear. We will ship your order at once as soon as payment is cleared.

I ship mainly via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, if you would prefer an alternate method please let me know. After payment has been received, you can expect to receive order confirmation within 24-48 hours via supplied email with shipping eta.

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, so if you purchase on Friday- please be aware that your order won’t ship until the following Monday.

We love and welcome international orders!
For international orders, shipping charges are rated for shipment via USPS First Class International. This is the most cost effective option, however, be aware there is no package tracking for this option and also no set amount of time in which it will take to arrive. If you would prefer to receive your order in a more timely fashion with package tracking, let me know and I can charge you for USPS Priority International.
Any additional duties, taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your Branch Handmade item. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of goods for refund or exchange. Upon receipt of unused/unwashed item, I will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.
