grantLOVE will provide exchanges or issue a full refund for all full priced items received within 30 days of when items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within three days of receiving the product.

If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Email returns@thelovenecklace.com explaining the reason for your return or exchange. Again, with defective merchandise we request that you do so within three days of receiving it.

We will send you the mailing address with packing and shipping directions.
