Shipping and Lead Times:
Most pieces ship via ground service out of Chicago, IL. Items are made to order with a normal lead time of 6-8 weeks. Items are available in matte-white or matte-black powder-coat but custom colors available upon request. Email info@hale-id.com or call 708-870-6254 for details of lead times or shipping arrangements.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please notify us with your cancellation request as soon as possible.
Damages and Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged. Inspect your product immediately after arrival for any damages. Furniture must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging in order for us to make a damage claim to the shipper.
