MOUFELT, Modern Objects Utilizing FELT, is an independent design studio started in 2007 by Jeanie Lai to explore wool felt, a simple and honest material with endless design possibilities. Modern design is combined with one of the oldest known textiles to create tactile fashion and home accessories for everyday life.

With a background in architecture, Jeanie loves felt for its inherent tactile qualities, a perfect material to lend warmth to my modern minimal aesthetic. Using different types of felt and a variety of techniques, she strives to create simple, delightful and timeless designs.

All designs are made in Portland Oregon using 100% pure wool felt, a sustainable and renewable resource.
