Hi! Everything you see in my store is made by me! Yes, yes, everything :) So, if you got questions about my work, for a custom order or just if you would like to chat with me, feel free to do so! All messages get an answer in less then 24H.
I love to make custom orders so, if you got an idea for a piece, a special color of resin you would like to get or customise a piece with initials, a special date or a quote you like, don’t be afraid to ask!
I only accept payment through Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards. NOTE: You can make a payment through Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account.
PLEASE make sure that your shipping address as entered matches your address in PayPal. If not, I will send you an email asking to witch address I should send your package. If you prefer that I ship your package at your working place I can do that too, just ask for it.
Items cannot be shipped until payment is received/cleared.
All items ship within 3 to 4 business days (doesn’t include weekends and holidays) after I get your payment. Items purchased via Paypal eCheck are sent only after eCheck has cleared (that can take 4 to 7 days).
CUSTOM ORDERS with resin will take up to 5 days to make. If you would like a special color, please ask for it before making your purchase. All pieces with resin that you can see in my shop are already made so, they will be ship in 3 to 4 business days like any other items.
After your package is shipped, you SHOULD get it in:
- 2 to 3 business days for an address in Canada
- 7 to 10 business days for an address in the U.S.
- 10 to 15 business days for any other address worldwide
Shipping cost includes Canada Post rates and packaging.
PLEASE NOTE: After your package is shipped, I have absolutly no control on it. I can’t be responsable if your package doesn’t get to your door in time for a special birthday or holiday.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item if you would like to get a refund or an exchange.
You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must be in it’s original condition.
Custom orders are not available for refund or exchange.
If the item is damage during transport, please take a picture of the PACKAGE AND THE ITEM an send me the pictures right away. You can then decide if you want me to make you another piece or get a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: all refunds doesn’t include shipping cost.
All my work is satisfaction garantee so, if for any reason you are not satisfied with my work, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my very best to help you and always with a smile.
