If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a refund of the purchase less the original S&H fee within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Please enclose your packing slip and ship in original packaging prepaid and insured to: ALS DESIGNS. We’ll promptly process your refund upon receiving your package.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom Merchandise is considered final sale and is not returnable or exchangeable. Please report quality issues within 5 business days of delivery.

ALS DESIGNS reserves the right to reject the return of any merchandise when a customer service inspection is necessary.
