Payment
PayPal only. Payment is due after purchase of item(s). All major credit cards may be used on PayPal.

Shipping
Sold items will be shipped after payment clears. Orders are shipped in bubble padded envelopes via Canada Post. Shipments will be made within 1-2 days of receiving the order and payment.

Insurance
The shipping rates listed for each item do not include tracking or insurance. If you would like either on your order please contact me and I will give you a quote for this shipping rate. I am not responsible for lost items unless insurance is bought.

International Buyers / Buyers Outside Canada
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees and respective country/state taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me directly within 30 days of your date of purchase to discuss any issues with orders made through my shop. Depending on circumstances exchanges and refunds may be made.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are welcome. As all items are one-of-a-kind, some might not be replicable. Please contact me for availability and wholesale terms.

Custom Orders
I LOVE working on custom orders, using items and objects that are special to you somehow. I have done simple pendant necklaces with found things, a ring made of cow teeth, and a few engagement pieces, too! Please get in touch with your ideas and we’ll work something out!
