Fulfillment:
You will receive your merchandise within 3 – 10 business days. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S.

Returns:
No returns unless authorized in writing by Andy Pratt Design. All claims must be reported to Andy Pratt Design within two weeks of receipt of merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Freight return to be paid by seller.
