All transactions are made via PayPal. A sales tax of 8.875% will be added for all New York state customers by PayPal.
Most items are made to order. Please see individual items for delivery schedule. Please allow 2-3 business days for domestic shipments and 6-10 for international. You will be notified if your order requires extra time.
We ship globally by USPS Priority Mail, a reliable and economical service. Variable rates apply. Insurance is not included for domestic shipments, but is available by request. Insurance and tracking are not available for international shipments, but are available by request. Express Mail or other service options are also available. Requests for other shipping options should be made before placing your order.
Should your purchase become lost or damaged in transit, your money will be refunded. Please message us immediately, to report any shipping problems.
Please be advised that international mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country. Once our products have shipped, we are not responsible for tariffs, custom duties or import fees that may be charged when the package arrives in your country.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope you love our products, but if you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will exchange your item or refund your money, provided the item is returned free of defects within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please message us before returning any items. To return items please include the original invoice and pack securely (items should not be loose when package is shook). Indicate on the invoice the reason for the return. For exchanges, please indicate the desired product(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged or unwanted goods. For refunds, we must first receive the item back in good condition. We are not responsible for returned items that become lost or damaged in transit.
Should your item be defective or arrive damaged from shipping, please message us immediately to be eligible for a free return or exchange. A copy of your return shipping receipt is necessary to receive a PayPal refund for return shipping charges.
Please note that custom orders are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Jewelry by Cynthia Rybakoff is guaranteed against defects or damage, for one year from date of sale, and will be repaired free of charge. Jewelry repairs for merchandise older than one year will be charged for at our discretion. Please message us should your piece require a repair, for further instructions.
