Your package will be shipped within one to seven business days after payment is received. Contact us before purchasing if you need something in a hurry, and we will do our best to make it happen.
Rarely, we will make an inventory mistake and won’t have a size available that we have listed. If this happens, it could take two weeks to ship. We will let you know if this happens asap, and you a refund if you prefer not to wait. If the item is discontinued (i.e. most sale items), we’ll send you a refund. Or, you can also choose any item in the shop as a substitution if this happens.
We use USPS first class and priority mail with delivery confirmation. We also ship fedex.
We do ship internationally, but the delivery time can vary widely, so please allow extra time (2 to 8 weeks) for delivery.
We are only able to ship to Italy via registered express mail or fedex, so if you are ordering from Italy, please be advised that the shipping price will be at least an additional $20, more depending on weight.
We aren’t responsible for customs duties, and we will write the actual value on the customs slip, so please don’t ask us to be misleading here.
We ship our t-shirts in environmentally friendly study envelopes. Our candle holders go priority mail or first class international, gift-boxed and padded with packing peanuts we’ve recycled, or bubble wrap.
If you aren’t happy with your item for whatever reason, you can return it within 2 weeks of receipt for an exchange or refund. Just send us a message prior to a return so that we know to look for it. Shipping charges are not refundable.
