Contrary to popular belief, a mattress doesn’t have to be firm to be proper for your back. Simply test it and roll over. If the bed is too soft, it will take a lot of effort for you and if it’s too firm, you will feel it’s uncomfortable on your shoulders and hips. The second important thing is the length of the mattress – it should be at least 15 centimeters longer than the tallest person lying on it. As you can see, to ensure confidence in a new purchase, it’s best to have a short nap on the showroom mattress.
Choose colors wisely
The colors we put on the bedroom walls will set the mood for our personal retreat. Before choosing the right colors we should ask ourselves such questions: how do the colors we see make us feel? Which ones feed and nurture our spirits? The most important rule while choosing wall colors is quite obvious – choose the colors you love. Most of us seek to create a calming look in our bedrooms and we tend to choose some neutral or cool shades. However, if you prefer brighter colors in your bedroom, you are free to use them instead. You can even connect different colors with each other, but keep in mind some designers’ advice not to include more than five large areas of color. Using too many different colors can be quite distracting and can cause visual tension.
